FRANK VILLANTE – Chief Investment Officer & Portfolio Manager
Frank joined Celeste in 2004 as Chief Investment Officer. Frank has over 35 years of investment markets experience, having worked as a Portfolio Manager at BT Investment Management, as an Analyst and Portfolio Manager at the NRMA, with Clark & Co and as an analyst at Bridges, Son & Shepherd. Frank started his career at NAB in 1981 where he worked in the Retail, Economics, and Corporate Banking areas.
PAUL BIDDLE – Portfolio Manager

Paul joined Celeste in 2005 as a Senior Investment Analyst. Paul has over 25 years of investment markets experience. Prior to joining Celeste Paul was a Fund Manager at Merrill Lynch Investment Managers with responsibilities across Australian equities. Paul has also held analyst roles at BT Investment Management and Ord Minnett, originally starting his career as an analyst at Lend Lease Project Finance in 1992. Paul is a CFA Charterholder, a member of the Institute of Company Directors and a member of the Governance Institute of Australia.
MARTIN BYERS – Portfolio Manager

Martin joined Celeste in 2017 as a Senior Investment Analyst. Martin has 18 years of investment markets experience, with the last 11 years at UBS Australia, most recently as Head of Small Companies research. Martin previously spent 3 years in New York with US based fund manager Principal Global Investors, working as a Senior Equity Analyst. Martin began his career at BT Investment Management in 2001.
CAMERON JACKSON – Analyst
Cameron joined Celeste in 2020 as an Analyst. Prior to joining Celeste, Cameron spent 3 years as a Senior Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers in the Financial Services audit division, and is a Chartered Accountant.
STEPHEN HANICH – Company Secretary & Operations Manager
Stephen joined Celeste in 2002, having previously held roles at Flinders Asset Management and Rice Kachor Research in roles covering superannuation consulting, product research and funds administration. Stephen started his career in 1991 as a superannuation analyst with MJR Consultants.
